Training Schedule

Kickoff Session is Sunday, March 19 from 10:00am – 11:00Am at the YWCA Gym.  Plan to attend!!!

Plan to attend as you will get your YWCA access card, swag bag (yeah giveaways), register for your swim time, and choose a run group, etc.

All training events (starting March 20 – May 14) will commence as follows:

  • Bike sessions are on Mondays – from 6:15 pm – 7:15 pm starting March 20.         Note –  the first session will be a shopping night at Bike Doctor – March 20 time TBD.
  • Run sessions are on Thursdays – at 6:45 pm (info session) and run at 7:15 – 8:00 pm starting March 23.
  • Swim sessions are on Sundays- 8:00 am – 10:30 am (Swim Times are as follows: 8:05 – 8:40 / 8:40 – 9:15 / 9:15 – 9:50 / 9:50 – 10:25) starting March 26.
