Training Schedule

Kickoff Session is Sunday, March 18 from 10:00am – 11:00Am at the YWCA Gym.  Plan to attend!!!

Plan to attend as you will get your YWCA access card, swag bag (yeah giveaways), register for your swim time, and choose a run group, etc.

All training events (starting March 19 – May 13) will commence as follows:

  • Swim sessions are on Sundays – 30 min at set times between 8:15am – 10:30am (Swim Times are as follows: 8:15 – 8:45 / 8:50 – 9:20 / 9:25 – 9:55 / 10:00 – 10:30) starting March 25.)
  • Bike sessions are on Mondays – from 6:30pm – 7:45pmNote –  the first session will be an indoor spin session and the second session is bike safety and shopping night at Bike Doctor –  date TBD.
  • Run sessions are on Thursdays – at 6:45 pm (info session) and run at 7:15 – 8:00 pm starting March 22.
